You have seen the movie "Sideways" and watched two middle aged men bumble their way through Santa Barbara county If you haven't....you should rent it!
This event is a tour of Santa Barbara County with select high end wines presented paired with appetizers by Indulge. Please Note: NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR/NO WALK UPS!....sorry but we will have to turn away anyone who doesn't have an advance ticket as wine and food has been allotted based on the ticketed attendees and we do not handle money at the door. We expect 100 attendees with a winemaker flying in and it's difficult to check folks in and handle money. Our events sell out quick! Please see the Denver Wine Meetup for the refund policy.
Directions and Parking: The restaurant has FREE parking in front of the restaurant. Go south on Broadway to Highlands Ranch Parkway (just a mile or so south of C-470), turn right. Go past the first entrance to Town Center on your left to Hepburn St. You'll see the Home Depot set back behind Town Center, turn right on Mayberry. The Corner Restaurant is next door to Indulge which is on the corner of Lucent and Highlands Ranch Parkway. From Downtown (faster than Broadway) go South on Santa Fe to C-470 go East on C-470 to Lucent or Broadway and go South
Tolosa Wine and Food Pairing Menu
Tolosa, No-oak Chardonnay, Edna Valley with Mini pastry cups filled with white truffle and porcini mushroom mousse topped with shaved parmesan
Tolosa, Edna Ranch Chardonnay, Edna Valley with Crab and shrimp salad with dill aioli and white corn served on sweet blini
Tolosa, Edna Ranch Pinot Noir, Edna Valley Smoked duck breast served on pretzel bread crustini with whole grain Dijon mustard
Tolosa, Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles Steak slider dressed with fresh arugula, white cheddar and red pepper horseradish cream served on onion Ciabatta roll
Dinner after the wine tasting: We usually have 50% of the group stay for dinner after the event. It's a great way to continue the conversation with new friends. Indulge will be offering a prix fix menu for $26.40 a person plus tax/tip. There is a place on eventbrite to RSVP for dinner afterwards. The menu is posted below. It's Restaurant week. You may also order off the regular menu, even a sandwich or appetizer! Tax and gratuity (18-20% extra)

First Course Starter (choice of):
-Soup La Mancha (vegetarian & gluten free) ~ Roasted red pepper and Manchego bisque finished with a touch of cream
-Caprese Salad (vegetarian & gluten free) ~ Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, red onions and basil drizzled with sherry glaze
Second Course Entrée (choice of):
-Count Stroganoff's Sirloin (gluten free) ~ Grilled center cut sirloin nestled over pasta tossed with sour cream, chive and mushroom sauce
-Paella al la Indulge ~ Sautéed scallops, shrimp, mussels and chorizo over saffron-scented Spanish rice
-Carpathian Gnocchi (vegetarian) ~ Potato gnocchi with marinated artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes and Kalamata olives finished with roasted garlic, rosemary infused olive oil and feta cheese
Third Course Dessert (choice of):
--Raspberry Mousse
